1. Refund Policy

All payments are final and non-refundable after the completion of the first coaching session. Clients acknowledge that coaching is an investment in their personal development, and refunds are not provided for unused sessions.

2. Payment Structure

Clients may choose between full payment or a monthly installment plan. Payment must be completed as agreed upon during enrollment.

3. Rescheduling & Cancellations

Clients may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in the forfeiture of that session.

4. Coaching Disclaimer

Coaching is a process that supports personal and professional development; however, it is not a substitute for therapy, counseling, or medical treatment. Results vary for each individual and depend on their level of commitment, effort, and application of provided tools. While I guarantee to deliver high-quality coaching based on proven methods, I do not guarantee specific outcomes or results.

5. Confidentiality Agreement

All information shared during coaching sessions is strictly confidential unless the client voluntarily chooses to disclose their experience. No session details will be shared without the client’s explicit consent.

6. Liability Disclaimer

The coach is not responsible for any personal or professional decisions made by the client as a result of coaching. Clients accept full responsibility for their actions and outcomes.

7. Termination Policy

Clients may terminate the coaching relationship at any time; however, payments made are non-refundable. Sessions will be honored through the end of the paid period if applicable.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All coaching materials, including but not limited to PDFs, worksheets, and exercises, are proprietary and provided for personal use only. Redistribution, resale, or duplication without prior permission is strictly prohibited. By enrolling in this coaching program, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
